Description

Text searching is reported not to work very well in, for example, Japanese. Need to normalize the encodings between what the user enters and what text is in the book.

From a user:

"If I try search text with Unicode book, it didn't work.

If I try search text with shift-jis book which with only one XHTML file, it worked. But when I am playing a book with several XHTML files, it didn't work. I could jump to the searched text if there is a text within the XHTML file which I am playing at the time. But if I search for the text which is in other XHTML file than the file which I am playing, then it didn't work."

Able to reproduce: text searching in one XHTML file works, but searching across multiple files does not work. This is no different from the English-language behavior.

Don't know about the Unicode vs Shift-JIS issue though.
